Role Summary:
As the VP of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's market presence, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to achieve the company's ambitious goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in positioning their innovative MedTech solutions as the go-to choice for healthcare providers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and business objectives year after year.
- Competitively position their MedTech platform’s value and capabilities against the competition to win new business.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive revenue expansion.
Team Leadership
- Take full ownership of all sales teams in the EMEA region.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales force.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
Market Expansion
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market penetration.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Drive adoption of the MedTech solutions by demonstrating their clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness.
Sales Operations
- Implement robust sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize pricing models and contract negotiations.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and engage with strategic partners, distributors, and channel resellers to expand the market reach.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with the business goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Experience in scaling up operations within a high-growth environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the EMEA healthcare landscape, regulatory requirements, and value-based payment models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to changing market dynamics.
