Senior Sales Executive opportunity with an early-stage pre-employment screening SaaS business serving the Recruitment, and Health sectors. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in Amsterdam.


Our client has developed an innovative pre-employment screening platform, to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience with a fast, easy and secure way of screening existing or prospective employees. They offer a range of useful products via their platform and are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from deal to close, liaising with stakeholders, and managing bids and proposals.


This role would be well suited to someone with a proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with experience in HRTech sales previously.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, taking them through demos while displaying passion and expert product knowledge, to effectively demonstrate the value of the product

  • Manage your pipeline of both self and marketing-generated opportunities to drive company revenue and ensure ROI for customers

  • Understand the use cases of prospects and customize pitches as appropriate

  • Proactively relay feedback to the product team to maintain continuous improvement of the product

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the entire product range as they continually evolve

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasts for future revenue

  • Track all contact accurately via the CRM

  • Look for new ways for the business to improve its commercial strategy

  • Plan and forecast sales opportunities, maintain

    a strong pipeline and maintain a bigger picture view of revenue generation

Skills & Experience

  • Several yearsexperience of enterprise sales in the B2B tech startup/scale-up space

  • HRTech experience is highly preferable 

  • Confident public speaker and strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders from various levels

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets

  • Comfortable planning and forecasting on both aggregate and individual opportunities

  • Strong commercial acumen with good attention to detail and tactical execution
