- Support the sales growth of independent and national resellers in the assigned territory.
- Participate in the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing overall reseller performance.
- Serve as a key sales/technical advisor and advocate for our client and third-party products.
- Represent the company and its products to customers and at field events.
- Create, publish, and maintain technical documentation.
- Communicate customer requirements to product management teams.
- Assist in coordinating customer projects.
- Assist in the development of our client's University training courses.
- Provide remote and on-site assistance, as needed, for escalated technical support issues.
- Deliver technical overview training and Certification Training on our client's products.
- Offer technical sales support, including system demonstrations and presentations to resellers and end users.
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience required.
- Prior experience in crafting written responses to functional and technical requirements for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Previous experience delivering product demonstrations to partners and end-users.
- Previous experience in creating a bill of materials (BOM).
- Ability to deliver pre-sales and technical training content.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Preference for a background in pre-sales technical and/or engineering.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Native French speaker.
- Valid Passport.
- Ideally, you should reside in or around one of the major cities in France.
- Reside near a major airport in your territory.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75%, including outside of the territory.
