a US-based provider of security automation cloud-based access control solutions. Our client is looking to expand their international footprint in Europe. In this role, you'll be
responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with our client's partner community in the France. This role will play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction. To give you the perfect onboarding experience and to help you become part of the organization your onboarding program during the first 2 weeks will be in the US!
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the France region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with partners to drive revenue growth in the France market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle with partners, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Track and analyze results, providing regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on partner activities and performance in the France region.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective partner campaigns and programs tailored to the France market.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape in the France region, providing insights to inform partner strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the security or technology industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with partners in the France region.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage successful partnerships, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making in the context of the France market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
